April Meeting

Our next meeting is Thursday April 4th

Grahame Ware will join us to talk about Carl Jung, Owning Your Shade and Garden-Variety Self-Realization. Grahame will explore the possibilities and benefits of shade gardening - ecological and fiscal - and bring to everyone's attention the superior cultivars and/or species to accomplish this goal.

Grahame is a freelance writer/broadcaster with diverse experience and insight into the world of plants. He is co-author of the book Heucheras and Heucherellas: Coral Bells and Foamy Bells.  

The meeting begins at 7pm, remember to bring your own mug.

March is a very busy month in the garden, Sue Dunn provided a comprehensive list to keep us all busy.

Guest Speaker:



Jeff de Jong gave an informative and entertaining presentation on plants - what's new, what's hot, what to look for in 2019.  Lots of great photos and stories.

Door and Raffle Prizes:  


We raffled a selection of great items too numerous to mention and of course, the plant of the month.  Our guest speaker brought a plant to add to the raffle, and some Garden Club members also donated plants for the raffle.
